Gold One International Limited is an Australian and African gold producer listed on the financial markets operated by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), issuer code GDO. The company was created via inward listing of Gold One formerly BMA Gold on the JSE and the subsequent acquisition by Gold One of all the issued ordinary shares in Aflease Gold on 18 May 2009 by way of a scheme of arrangement.

Despite its status as a junior gold mining company, Gold One is striving to be a sought after exploration, development and mining company that excels in providing superior returns to investors in global markets. Gold One believes that value accretive geographical diversification is crucial for managing risk and, in line with this strategy, will continue to review opportunities in its targeted destinations of Australia, North America and Southern Africa. This will be achieved by:

* Exploring, developing and mining low technical risk, high margin resources in mining friendly jurisdictions
* Pursuing an internal and external growth profile
* Being driven by an entrepreneurial and ambitious spirit.

Gold One declared commercial and continuous production at its Modder East mine on the East Rand, some 30 kilometres from Johannesburg, on 1 December 2009. Gold One also owns the nearby existing Sub Nigel mine, which was commissioned in January 2009. Other projects and targets include Ventersburg (Gold One's next flagship project, located in the Free State Goldfields), Bothaville (also in the Free State Goldfields), the Tulo concession in Mozambique, and the Etendeka greenfield project in Namibia.

Gold One has a JORC Code- and SAMREC Code-complaint total resource base of 21.71 million ounces of gold, comprising 8.60 million ounces in the indicated category (88.09 million tonnes graded at 3.03 grams per tonne) and 13.11 million ounces in the inferred category (103.60 million tonnes graded at 3.95 grams per tonne).
