Sam's Seafood Holdings Ltd changed its name to Pan Asia Corporation Limited (ASx:PZC) on 30/11/2009.
Pan Asia Corporation Limited is a diversified resources company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: PZC) with offices in Perth, Australia and in Jakarta, Indonesia. It has a secondary listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
The Company aims to become a major supplier of key resources into the expanding Asian markets and is currently building a portfolio of coal and manganese assets in Indonesia. This portfolio includes assets in both exploration and production stages, and also has a significant infrastructure opportunity to develop, build and run a new coal terminal facility in Indonesia.
The company is currently drilling its underground coal exploration project in South Kalimantan and is in the process of completing due diligence on a significant portfolio of coal and manganese assets in Indonesia (see ASX release dated 23 November 2009).
