Description

Realm Resources' strategy is to create shareholder value through exploration and development of quality metal and minerals sector projects. The Company’s core focus is on platinum group metals (PGM) in South Africa.

The recent acquisition of three tenements on the Eastern Limb of the Bushveld Igneous Complex in South Africa, provides the Company with an inferred resource of 7.6 Moz of PGMs and assess the potential for the possible development of a low cost open pit operation along 6 km of near surface outcrop of the UG2 reef horizon on one of the tenements. In addition, the Company has an aluminium dross treatment plant located in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa.

Kliprivier Project

PGM resource - inferred UG2 resource of 109.6 Mt @ 2.3 g/t (3PGE+Au) containing 7.6 Moz 3PGE+Au (undiscounted) or 6.46Moz applying a 15% discount factor from surface over a 6km strike length on the 3,300ha permitted share of Kliprivier (based on information compiled by Mr Allen Maynard – Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and Member of the Australian Institute of Geologists (AIG)).

PGM targets - a lower chromitite band with potential PGM mineralisation (Source Nkwe – Annual Financial Statements 2008). This target mineralisation is conceptual in nature and future exploration may or may not define this in whole or in part.

Ghost Mountain Prospect

The Ghost Mountain Prospect which is located on the eastern limb of the Bushveld Complex, with past exploration having identified two mineralised targets. The UG1, UG2 seams and Merensky Reef all outcrop on the southern part of the farm Tweefontein and therefore the Merensky Reef and UG2 Chromitite could underlie parts of the farm Tweefontein. The eastern block of farms holds exploration potential for the discovery of outliers of the PGM reefs as well as of Platreef - Uitkomst type mineralisation.

Tinderbox Prospect

The Tinderbox prospect, located 10km south west of the Kliprivier project, is an early stage exploration project. There is evidence to suggest that marginal style Critical Zone norite which could host UG2 mineralisation, may be present on the project.

Aluminium Project

Alumicor SA Holdings Pty Ltd ("Alumicor") is registered in South Africa and is the holding company of the following South African companies:

* Alumicor Maritzburg (Pty) Ltd;
* Alumicor Intellectual Property (Pty) Ltd; and

Alumicor's business is situated in Pietermaritzburg, Kwazulu Natal, South Africa. Alumicor Martizburg (Pty) Ltd leases the industrial property adjacent to the Hulamin Limited (Hulamin) aluminium smelter from Nduzi Real Estate Projects (Pty) Ltd and has constructed a new aluminium dross re-smelting plant comprising three oxyfuel fired rotary tilting furnaces, bag houses and associated raw materials and waste handling facilities.
