* 100% UK subsidiary Amaroo Resources Ltd, which holds the Group's western US uranium assets;
* 51% subsidiary Norrsken Energy Ltd, which holds uranium exploration licences in Sweden;
* 50% subsidiary Wayland Copper Ltd, which holds the Ballek Copper-Gold-Uranium project in northern Sweden; and
* 29.8% interest in UK listed gold explorer Agricola Resources plc;
