Harrison-1, Oyster Creek (75%)

The Harrison-1 well is currently shut-in awaiting the outcome of the further development of the field. Harrison-1 may be used for salt water disposal if required.

Harrison-2, Oyster Creek (75%))

On 8 December 2009 Antares announced the successful completion of the Anomalina 'C' reservoir in the Harrison No.2 wellbore in the Oyster Creek project located in Brazoria County, Texas. The Harrison No.2 well was spud on 30 December 2007 reaching a total depth of 13,040 feet encountering 164 feet of gross pay and 67 feet of net pay over three reservoir intervals - the F-41 sand, the Anomalina 'C' sand and the Anomalina 'B' sand. The secondary F-41 sand being the lowest reservoir was produced first and has produced in excess of 135,000 boe. The primary Anomalina 'C' sand being the next reservoir was successfully perforated and is currently in production on a restricted 6.5/6f4" choke at 5,400 psi. The well is currently producing in excess of 200 Bo/d and 1,800 Mcf/d.

Harrison-3, Oyster Creek (75%)

The Harrison-3 development well continues to be evaluated by the joint venture partners in light of the encouraging production from Harrison-2. The successful perforation, testing and production of the Anomalina C sand in Harrison-2 will be extremely encouraging for further successful development of this field.

Scott-2, Oyster Creek (75%)

The Scott-2 well is currently shut-in awaiting the outcome of the further development of the field. Scott-2 may be used for salt water disposal if required.

Outlar-1, West Wharton (26.25%)

Outlar-1 being the first well drilled on the West Wharton project was successfully put into production on 15th December 2007 and by 31 December 2009 had produced approximately 102,000 Bbls of condensate and 1.7 Bcf of gas. During the quarter the well averaged gross production of 95 Bbls of oil per day and 1,700 Mcf of gas per day.

Shaeffer Ranch Project (50%)

The joint venture partners continue to work on this project with the expectation of drilling another well. The joint venture has 7,400 acres in this project under a three year lease.

Yellow Rose Project (75%)

Due to the encouragement received from the Frances Dilworth No.2H as well as that of surrounding Eagle Ford completions, Antares and its operating partner San Isidro Development Company have begun preparations for the drilling of the Frances Dilworth Nos. 3H and 4H. Antares has reached a long term drilling contract with Nabors Industries Ltd for the drilling of nine horizontal wells at the Yellow Rose project in 2010. Towards the conclusion of the Antares' ten well 2010 drilling campaign, Antares may elect to keep the rig for its ten well 2011 drilling campaign and beyond. Therefore, it is expected to have ten wells drilled and completed by the end of 2010, twenty by the end of 2011 and thirty five by the end of 2012. By year's end 2012, all currently held Eagle Ford shale acreage would be held by production.
