Description
Alara is in a relatively sound position holding cash (and investments in listed securities) of $6.1 million as at 30 June 2010 and is continuing to look for high priority/value opportunities within the resource sector. Alara has reduced exploration expenditure on its existing early-stage exploration projects.
Alara has reviewed and discounted a number of exploration opportunities and is currently in negotiations with vendors/Government authorities in relation to the acquisition/grant of one or more overseas resource projects.
