LYC•LYNAS rises on major Japanese supply contract
-
Hot on the heels of their announcement that Lynas will double its plant capacity and production of REE processed metals from 11 tons per year to around 20 tons per year from the phase 1 plant at Kuantan, Malaysia, Lynas has signed a major Japanese company off-take agreement. The contract price reflects the going China rate at the time of delivery plus shipping costs.
LYNAS CORP is Australia's most advanced Rare Earths company and will be the world's first new producer in 2011 and has one of the world's highest quality (grade) deposits in the world.
