Patersons have given CTP a speculative BUY rating with a target of $0.16 for a 139% rise within 12 months.

"We maintain our SPECULATIVE BUY recommendation with a price target of $0.16/sh. While our valuation is notionally based on a previous transaction value there is substantial upside potential should CTP successfully delineate a commercially recoverable discovery of oil, gas, helium or coal and on this basis we maintain our speculative BUY recommendation."
