Might be that someone has run their geos past the recent Rocklands results. At first pass it looks like they have somewhere between 1.8 - 2% grades and a massive amount of ore. The JORC for a small part of their holding will be out soon. My bet is that the JORC will be quite a lot larger than most are predicting.

It is useful to compare CDU with EQN... to my way of thinking CDU is worth around 4x what it is today.
