Aluminum heading for $4,000/ton?

Head of Rio Tinto's aluminum division, Dick Evans, believes the metal will rise to as much as $4,000/ton citing a weak US Dollar, higher production expenses, supply constraints and rising power costs as the main underlying drivers.
